1000€ CPU
« on: March 21, 2020, 08:03:35 AM »
Help me to choose good combo around 1000€, it has to have win10 in that price also.

There are my few requirements:
 - 16gb ram
- 1,5tb - 2tb drive space...
- Graphic card which can play 4K videos nicely, i do not play that much
- Decent processor, (i now have i7, but it is 7 years old)
- quiet and cool pc

So do i buy a "market pc" or components with building service...

Actually market pc's are quite good nowadays, only thing that might be bad in them (not always) is the power source.
At least the price so very close, to building the cpu yourself, and with the windows, it can be a good deal.

Those CPU's are nice (link), but super small hard drive (and not M2).. the price will go up too much.

Maybe I think and wait for good offers :D

on market pc you usually have 0 possibilities for upgrades since they might have custom motherboards
and as you said usually the power supply is for sure not the greatest.

The best way to make pc is to order parts from Germany and build it yourself it is not hard and there are lot of tutorial videos on Youtube! I have built now 3pc's myself

https://www.mindfactory.de/ for example!

Ended up to buy components and paying someone to build it.

Ryzen 5 3600
16gb ram
Good motherboard
580x 8gb graphics card
500 M2 ssd + 2tb storage hdd
Good power supply, case and fans
Decent cooler for cpu

Just about 1000€ from Jimm's

I get that point, but for storage tje speed isn't important. The price multiplies so much in ssd, so not much sense for pure storage
