So i made my withdrawal on 24.08.2020 which was only 110€ but still and i havent got my money. It took about 15 days from them to approve the withdraw. About after a week or two i asked what is taking so long, they said they will check it and tell the case to the right department, didnt heard from them after that. Two weeks ago i asked again and got answer: "The money is approved and sent to you, now it all depends on the bank!". I dont think its normal to take this long  . Yesterday i asked again and got answer: "I m sorry for the situation . I will check with responsible department to see what happened Thank you in advance" Lets see if they even answer anymore what is happening, probably gonna give up if i dont hear from them anymore. I dont recommend this casino.

I personally prefer Malta-license casinos... I've had too many weak experiences with Curacao ones... though only once I've not gotten my money (and I play  a LOT). So I think u will get it, but the waiting time is not nice.

I have 1500€ waiting to be aproved, I made withdraw request at 15.12..Hopefully I will see the money someday did you get that 110€?
