Be careful with Wildz Casino! My sad story.

Hello all!
I want to share my unfortunate experience with Wildz Casino.
I was playing with the non-sticky first time deposit bonus added. I lost everything as expected 😂
Then I deposited 200€ raw money more. I was lucky enough to win a bit over 1K and I got a message that because I have played enough I have been awarded with 35 free spins (with 4,40€ bet) to Bonanza. I was like - this is awesome!
But little did I know!!! I went to play the free spins that everyone knows usually might give you a few extra euros.
I was however lucky enough to get the free spins and I won almost 400€. After the free spins the money was added as bonus money.
Then I though that I will withdraw the 1K and start the wagering. However this was NOT POSSIBLE. I have now only two options. The bonus money gotten from the free spins has been added also as bonus money, so I can withdraw the 1K and lose the 400€ from the bonus.
I contacted the chat service. They told me, that if I withdraw now I will lose the bonus money. I have to wager it.
Then I started to play more and after my balance was half (500€) I went to check the wager.
The wager was 0%. The free spin bonus win was added as s non-sticky bonus money.
Now I had to decide if I want to give up my 400€ bonus and withdraw my 500€ or try to win more and still lose the 400€. The wagering wouldn’t start before I would lose all my real money first.
I call this completely bull sh*t. If I would’ve first withdrawn my 1K and played the free spins after that I could’ve tried to wager the 400€ money gotten from Bonanza.
So if you plan to play at Wildz KEEP THIS STORY IN MIND!
I would on the other hand encourage you to avoid this Casino and use other Casino’s that give the rewarded freespin bonus money as real money!

a) take any kind of bonus
b) use any free spins

I always play raw, i have been let down so many times.

That's really unfortunate
Most casinos have wagering on their free spins
so never take those bonuses when you already have a raw balance on your account
there's no need to "blacklist" casino for this it's more or less how most casinos work with the free spins bonuses and it can be found from their rules.

You are correct. This is most likely found in the terms and conditions found somewhere within the site. However, the chat customer service guy could've clearly stated that the free spin bonus money has been added as a non-sticky bonus funds that you can only access if I lose all my real money first. He simply stated that in order to cash the bonus money it has to be wagered first. I was foolish enough to lose half of my money before realising to check how the wager is going.
(This is the reason I think I was manipulated and more or less clearly fooled by the chat customer service person).
But as mentioned - keep this in mind if playing at Wildz! Always withdraw all your real money before playing the free spins

  ADDITION!!!
I have now waited over 72 hours for the Wildz casino to handle my withdrawals. I have been in contact with the customer service every day and nothing happens. They have told in the chat, that they have sent a message to the payments team to make haste towards handling my withdrawals. I have never had to wait this long for withdrawals in any casino and I have no knowledge if they are going to pay my money to me. So another warning to you all for this Casino. Stay away from Wildz!

After nearly 96 hours I finally got my payment from Wildz.
Anyhow, I got my money, so maybe we should remove this whole post from the forum. (Even though it took this long and I had a unfortunate experience with the Casino. My bad experience was anyhow due to my lack of knowledge about the free spins/bonuses). After I understood to withdraw my raw money first and play the bonus-free spins after, I was lucky enough to wager the winning amount from the free spins and get myself 1000€ without depositing any money.
