My favourite is Heroes of Might and Magic 3

It's a turn-based strategy game and it was published in 1999 by The 3DO Company.

I've played it countless of hours and I keep returning to it every now and then.

Before I would have said Diablo 2: Lord Of Destruction
but i think that Path Of Exile is just so much more superior to it

for HOURS i have played video games my top 7 would look like
1 Diablo 2 / Lod
2 Heroes of might and magic 3
3 Diablo 1 on PlayStation
4 Path of exile
5 Sim tower / theme hospital / Simcity
6 Final Fantasy games on Play Station / Nintendo
7 Nhl games from Megadrive to Ps3

Great Question! I'm a pretty big gaming collector so rather than having a favourite game, I have favourite series but I'll include some newer genre stuff as well, here's my top 10 in no particular order:

1. Legend of Zelda Series (Nintendo) Massive fan, Breath of the Wild and Wind Waker are probs my 2 favs
2. Starfox Series (Nintendo) Again Massive Fan, Starfox Adventures could be my #1 fav game
3. FIFA Series (EA Sports) I play this too much lol
4. Fortnite (Epic Games) Yes it's a hype train but I play so much with my friends and it's provided a lot of entertainment so defs has to be included.
5. Super Mario Sunshine (Nintendo Gamecube) This is an amazing game, highly recommend, Mario Odyssey is also very similar
6. Super Smash Bros Series (Nintendo) So much fun, Melee is still my favourite but with Smash Ultimate coming out next week, that could change!
7. Pokemon Series (Pokemon/Nintendo/GameFreak) Amazing series and countless hours of adventure. Pokemon Colosseum, X/Y and Black/White are probably my favourites.
8. Kirby's Air Ride (Nintendo Gamecube) This is 100% a hidden gem and one of my all time favs. Everytime I get someone to play this for the first time, they love it.
9. Starlink Battle For Atlas (Ubisoft/Nintendo) I played this on the Nintendo Switch due to the Starfox special missions and story and man it was great. Definitely designed towards a specific audience but I loved it.
10. COD Franchise/Battlefield Franchise. Even though I don't play shooters that often anymore, I have so many memories from MW2/MW3 and Battlefield 3/4. Still will always cherish the moments I had with friends.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive have to be the favourite because I have the most hours in that. I don't play it that much anymore but I think it's fair to say it's still my favourite.

It's difficult really say for me but probably Counter-Strike (not sure of which one, 1.6, CSS or CsGo)
But i like also RunesCape, World of Warcraft, Little bit Pubg, Minecraft (yeah yeah) and

rush'n attack on NES and SMB 3. they have some nostalgia to them, and i rarely play them. But I guess that's what makes them my fav games.

This one would go for World of Warcraft. I grew up playing it, had an amazing community there. Too bad Blizzard fucked it all up and the game went down. Still have to admit that it was a really, really good game.

I really must say Dark Cloud and Cark Cloud 2 (In europe Dark Cloud 2 is known as Dark Chronicle.) They are JRPG games for PlayStation 2 from 2001 and 2003.
Really, these games are my childhood and has so many memories involved. But not also that. They are fantastic games in any way possible. Great musics, very RPGish graphics, fascinating stories and awesome gameplay with upgradeable weapons and stuff.

I really have played many other very good games, but these are still my answer for this question - forever I think.

Must be some of the classic Halo games 1 - 3. Splinter Cell games used to be amazing as well, but Halo just has something special about it. Too bad the games after Reach have not been that good. I have high hopes for Halo Infinite though, and Im glad that the older Halo games are finally coming to PC!

Starcraft 1-2 (worked the hours i would be millionare)
Civilization 1(sold my soul,amiga500)
Civilization 2(left ball)
Civ 3.. was.. meh
Civ 5(still playing 3-4 times per week)

settlers were nice,2 still tha best
Pubg,poe,roe,csgo... Casualy on/off

And one game is still giving me nightmares... Ufo.. i rehab my self of fit to hit again with new version.. damm ya

and ofc i own 3 accounts in wow (you know max amount chars back in the days)
