Monday's EURO2020 Qualifiers
« on: June 10, 2019, 06:53:51 PM »
Bulgaria - Kosovo 2.45 - 3.20 - 3.15 (Paf.com)

Tonight's match will be Bulgaria's fourth and Kosovo's third game in the group stage. Group A has 5 teams in it and these teams are tied in points. Both teams have two points, which means Kosovo has finished in a draw in both of it's games, while Bulgaria has two draws and one loss. Kosovo has two goals scored and two goals given away, while Bulgaria has scored three and given away four. Bulgaria has four draws and one loss in their past five games. Bulgaria has scored 1 goal on average per game in those five games and given away 6. Kosovo has scored 2,5 goals per game on average while giving away 0,8.

These teams have played once already in the group stage. The first game ended in a 1-1 draw. Kosovo held the posession by 62 percent and won the goal scoring opportunities 12-4. Kosovo also had 5 shots on target against Bulgaria's one. Bulgaria used standard 4-4-2 formation, Kosovo used more attacking 4-2-3-1.

Kosovo is a team with good attacking players like Milot Raschica, Vedat Muriqi and Bersant Celina. Raschica scored 9 goals for Werder Bremen in Bundesliga this season, Celina scored 5 goals for Swansea in Championship and Muriqi scored impressive 17 goals for Rizespor in Turkish Super Lig. Muriqi was the second best goal scorer in the league, only Galatasaray's Diagne being better with whopping 30 league goals.

Bulgaria is also scoring goals on good and stable pace. In their last 10 games they have been left scoreless only once, in Nations League game against Norway. Kosovo has given away goals in 5 games out of their past 7. Even teams like Malta and Faroe Islands finding the net against them. Both teams have scored in Bulgaria's past 5 games, and in Kosovo's past 3 games.

This will be a tight match, draw is very likely again between these two teams. Both teams are finding the net nicely in their games, and also in the last game between each other, so I'm going for Both Teams To Score instead of draw.

PICK:
Both Teams To Score - Yes 2.02

North Macedonia - Austria 3.60 - 3.10 - 2.25

Fourth games for both of these teams in Group G. North Macedonia has four points and they are third in their group. North Macedonia beat Latvia in their opening game 3-1, but after that they played 1-1 draw against Slovenia and lost to Poland in the previous round 0-1. Austria took it's first win of the qualifiers against Slovenia in the previous round 1-0. Before that they lost to Poland 0-1 and to Israel 4-2. Austria has three points and they are fourth in the group. West Ham striker Marko Arnautovic has two goals and leads Austria in scoring. Fenerbache's Elif Elmas leads North Macedonia with two goals as well.

North Macedonia has won three of their last 5 games, lost one and had one draw. Their form seems good but they have faced really small footballing countries like Liechtenstein, Gibraltar and Latvia. Austria has two losses, two wins and one draw in their past 5 games. Macedonia has 10 goals in 5 games, which means 2 goals per game on average. They have given away only three. Austria has 5 goals in their past 5, so 1 goal on average. they have given away six, which is also 1 goal per game, a bit over.

Austria has a strong team going forward and they have lots of players with good attacking abilities. In their last game against Slovenia, they dominated the shots and goal scoring chances, but Jan Oblak held them down to one goal only. Austria had 18 shots, hitting the target 8 times. North Macedonia had more shots than their opponent Poland in the last game, but didn't manage to score against a team with better defense.

I believe that Austria with attacking minded players like Sabitzer, Alaba, Arnautovic etc. will make it happen today and they will win this match. North Macedonia dominated the smaller countries but are stuggling against better sides like Slovenia and Poland.

PICKS:
Austria 2.25
Austria over 1,5 goals 2.55

Here's some lower odds to go for when doubling etc :)

Kosovo over 0,5 goals 1.45
Spain over 1,5 goals 1.49
Romania leads after 1st half 1.53
North Macedonia - Austria over 1,5 goals 1.44

Israel +2 1.49
Ukraine leads after 1st half 1.42

What a day! All but one pick went correct! Israel and their striker Zahavi weren't in the form they have been in first couple games. But anyways, really good day for picks! We'll continue tomorrow! :)
